19-month-old baby Heeba Nisar is the youngest victim of pellet guns in the valley. She sustained pellet gun injuries in a protest demonstration in Shopian district of South Kashmir on Sunday.
Six militants were gunned down and one soldier and one civilian lost their lives in cross firing. More than 50 persons were injured.
Pellet guns have ravaged hundreds of lives in Kashmir since 2016.
