TMZ tweeted out a report on Friday that WWE Tough Enough winner Matt Cappotelli died after surviving two previous rounds of cancer. 
Cappotelli’s wife, Lindsay, wrote a statement early Friday morning on his death. In December, doctors diagnosed Cappotelli with a Grade 4 brain tumor too close to his brain stem to operate. Cappotelli passed away at the age of 38.
