Jacks’ Recruiting Class Ranked #12 by WIN Magazine

BROOKINGS, S.D. — WIN Magazine released its early recruiting rankings and has South Dakota State’s seven commits ranked the 12th-best in the country.

Head coach Chris Bono received National Letters of Intent from Brett Bye (Vermillion, S.D.), Anthony Cefolo (Hanover Park, N.J.), Kasey Klapprodt (Rapid City, S.D.), Henry Pohlmeyer (Johnston, Iowa), Louie Sanders (Truman, Minn.), Jimsher Sidhu (Surrey, British Columbia), and Cameron Sykora (Wheaton, Minn.).

“We are excited to get these guys on campus and start working with them,” Bono said. “This group has a ton of talent and are proven winners on the national level. They are also a group that is going to compete in the room as well as academically.”

This is Bono’s second ranked recruiting class as his 2012-13 class was ranked the sixth-best.

Arizona State garnered the top spot in WIN’s rankings.

The Jacks return to the mat Sunday at 2 p.m. at NDSU for the 2nd Annual Battle of the Border Bell.
