Monday's WrestleMania Go-Home Edition of Raw; Backstage News on Undertaker

  • Tomorrow’s WWE Raw, the go-home edition of the show before next Sunday’s WrestleMania 33, is set to feature pretty much all the top stars. Brock Lesnar and Goldberg are both being advertised, whereas the Undertaker is expected to be there as well but is not being publicly promoted to appear.

  • Speaking of the Undertaker, there appears to be a popular backstage feeling that his WrestleMania 33 match against Roman Reigns, may in fact, be his final wrestling match before he retires from in-ring competition.

  • We previously reported on this growing feeling as being one of the main reasons Vince McMahon switched plans of a Cena/Taker match in favor of having a match with Roman Reigns as he wanted to do that before Taker retired.

  • According to sources, WWE has been expecting Taker to retire for a few years now and it was actually the reason they ended his winning streak against Brock Lesnar, thinking it was his final match. With Undertaker in significant pain due to a chronic hip issue, some believe he will choose to finally undergo hip replacement surgery later this year, which at his age would likely end his career.
