All Elite Wrestling has officially announced that the March 25th edition of AEW Dynamite will take place at the Prudential Center in Newark, NJ.

This is notable for more reasons than just being the promotion’s first event in the New York area, but because WWE has run the venue almost every year dating back to 2009.

It’s become a usual part of the annual touring schedule, and WWE has thus far been able to keep AEW out of their frequented venues.

Cody Rhodes tweeted, “Thank you Prudential Center for bypassing politics & nonsense and just giving the Jersey/NY fans what they want! I can’t wait.”
