According to PWInsider.com, WWE Hall of Famer Tammy “Sunny” Sytch will be returning to a Carbon County Court on Friday for a preliminary hearing on the requested revocation of her parole.

The hearing will be to determine if sufficient exists to determine whether or not Sytch violated the terms of her parole. If it is determined that Sytch did indeed violate her parole, then another hearing will be scheduled in which she would face her original sentencing in front of Judge Joseph T. Matika, who would rule on a punishment for Sytch.
