For those wondering why Sheamus did not appear on Smackdown this week.
Sheamus suffered a concussion.
It is believed that the injury took place on Smackdown last week. This was when Sheamus, Cesaro, and Drew McIntyre faced off against the New Day. That is the same match where Big E suffered his injury as well.
It is unclear how long Sheamus will be out of action for with the concussion. Head injuries are always a case-by-case basis.
