High-flying Ligue 2 side Clermont, who have won the most amount of points in the French second division in 2020, have announced the two-year contract extension of their manager Pascal Gastien.

Previously under contract with CF63 until 2021, President Ahmet Schaefer was delighted to announce the news on Monday night:

“He is the architect of our game, of our sporting identity which is at the heart of our project and will be the spine of our club, from the football school for the kids up to the 1st team.”
