Top executives of the microblogging site, Twitter have reportedly conveyed their inability to be present before Parliamentary Committee on Information Technology on 11 February.

The social media giant has cited short notice as the reason for missing the 10 day deadline given by the Parliamentary Committee for Twitter executives including CEO Jack Dorsey to appear before the panel.
