Rising fuel prices have enraged people of France and they have come out on roads wearing ‘Yellow Vest’ as a symbol of protest. According to news agency AFP, more than 31,000 people joined this protest against government across France on Saturday and 700 people have been detained for far.

“At the national level, including Paris, we’re at more than 700 detained with participation in the movement at 31,000 nationwide including 8,000 in Paris,” deputy interior minister Laurent Nunez told France 2 television.
