It is increasingly becoming obvious that the lackluster attitude of the Rajasthan Police led to the death of Rakhbar Khan alias Akbar who was attacked by a mob in Ramgarh on Saturday accusing him of cattle smuggling.

It has emerged that there was a three hour delay in shifting Khan from the spot where he was assaulted to a hospital which is around 6 km away.
