Favourite of Pool B should be Serbia. Serbia played final of World League 2009 but this year Serbia is without the stars. Italy with France are dreaming about Argentina.

 

 

China, France, Italy and Serbia are teams participating in this year’s edition of World League in the pool B. Except China, all the teams got the same chances to get promoted to the final and got all the abilities and experience to fight for the highest aims. Especially Serbia got motivation to fight in the final six. Last year in Belgrade guys of Igor Kolakovic lost the final match with Brazil in front of 22,680 supporters and it was a painful experience for all the members of the team. This year Serbia is playing in the World League without two megastars, namely Nikola Grbic and Ivan Miljkovic but still the team is full-packed with stars and young but talented players. With players like Marco Podrascanin and Bojan Janic. Serbia shouldn’t have any problems to get promoted to the final tournament in Argentina.

The fight between France and Italy will be exciting because both teams represent similar kind of technical skills and are back to the high disposition after the period of weaker play. Especially France is back into action. Philippe Blain and his team after achieving silver medal at the European Championships last year in Izmir continue to rebuild the team with young players like Earvin N’Gapeth and additionally some experienced players like Guillaume Samica or Yannick Bazin. Last weekend “les bleus” won in the second sparing game with Poland 3:0 and showed their high expectations and joy of the game. So basically it’s impossible to predict which team might win the group and all we can say for now it’s that we will follow the exciting and thrilling game at the high level by Serbia, Italy and France.
