After famously referring to Pakistan as ‘Terroristan’ at the United Nations for the country’s continued support to anti-India terrorists groups, last year, an Indian diplomat has now coined another phrase to describe the country.

Speaking at the UNHRC in Geneva on Thursday, Indian diplomat Mini Devi Kumam said “We urge the Council to call on Pakistan to end cross border infiltration; to dismantle special terrorist zones, safe havens and sanctuaries, to take verifiable actions, including on terror financing.”
