PWInsider is reporting that a judge has dismissed a number of charges against Anthem, who are currently engaged in a court battle with Jeff Jarrett over various intellectual property from his time at TNA/IMPACT Wrestling and the footage of Global Force Wrestling’s AMPED television show.

The court ruled that since Jeff Jarrett is not in possession of the now-deleted GFW AMPED tapes, and did not file copyrights on any GWE footage, that the claim of copyright infringement could not go forward in court.

The rest of Jarrett’s lawsuit against Anthem will go forward.
