Wrestling INC. is reporting that Arn Anderson was released from the company for allowing Alicia Fox to wrestle intoxicated. The incident supposedly took place at a WWE Live event.
Fox allegedly showed up intoxicated to the event and Anderson let her wrestle anyway. It was said to be the final straw with a livid Vince McMahon, who released the Hall of Famer-turned-backstage producer. Anderson has worked for WWE since 2001.
No word on Fox’s status with the company. She was not backstage at RAW and hasn’t wrestled since a Feb. 10th live event. She is a former WWE Divas Champion and has been with WWE since 2006 including her time in developmental

Update: Multiple sources have also confirmed this story with ProWrestling.com, and two individuals noted that Fox was not released from the company but ordered to attend rehab. It’s not known whether she has gone, or completed rehab at this point, but it’s potentially worth noting that she has not posted on Instagram or Twitter since well before the alleged incident would have taken place.
