As noted, WWE NXT UK star Toni Storm suffered an injury at the last set of NXT UK TV tapings, during her NXT UK Women’s Title tournament match.

As a result of the injury, Storm has pulled out of the upcoming wXw and PROGRESS events, and she has been stripped of the wXw Title.

According to F4WOnline.com, Storm suffered some kind of a spine injury, and while she has yet to be evaluated, the injury is not believed to be too serious at this time.

While not confirmed, WWE could be pulling Storm from the upcoming indie events in order prevent further exacerbation of her injury, and more details should be known soon. As of this writing, Storm remains scheduled for all of her upcoming WWE related appearances, and WWE has yet to issue any kind of statement regarding Storm’s status.
