There is some truly devastating news coming out of tonight’s episode of WWE Smackdown Live, as the world’s greatest holiday – Rusev Day – has been officially cancelled.

Tensions have been brewing between the “Bulgarian Brute” and his best friend Aiden English for quite some time now, but things came to a head this Tuesday night when Rusev’s wife, Lana, caught the Master of Melodies having a bit of a temper tantrum backstage. Check out the video below.

Later in the evening, while Rusev was busy challenging Shinsuke Nakamura for the WWE United States Championship, English caused severael distractions that would ultimately cost his “friend” the title. Following the match, he stormed the ring and blindsided Rusev, leveling his former tag team partner with a sneak attack from behind.
