Toy moguls Laura and Judd Zebersky have listed their 3,022-square-foot, three-bedroom home at star-studded 443 Greenwich St. for $8.5 million.

As the founders of toy company Jazwares, the Zeberskys are lawyers turned toy-licensing moguls.

They bought the Tribeca unit from developer Cantor Pecorella for $8.4 million in 2017.

Neighbors include Meg Ryan, Justin Timberlake and Jessica Biel, and Blake Lively and Ryan Reynolds.

Their newly listed home features high ceilings, oversize windows, wide-plank floors, steel-wrapped columns and electric blinds.

There’s also a chef’s kitchen, a master bedroom with two closets and a laundry room. Building amenities include a doorman and concierge, a pool, a gym, a Turkish bath and a 5,000-square-foot landscaped roof.

The listing broker is Corcoran’s Patricia Lockridge.

Fit Collective and ex-NFL player Dale Moss (above), in partnership with Goop, hosted a health and wellness evening at a $6.4 million home for sale at 100 Barclay with chef Seamus Mullen, who just launched Goop’s “Goopfellas” podcast.

Cocktails were held in the forementioned listing, while dinner was held in another apartment — a 2,712-square-foot, three-bedroom, four-bathroom unit — that will officially hit the market for $6.02 million.

Also in attendance: Jessica Young, founder of health food marketplace Bubble; and Steve Izen, founder of Lokai bracelets.

Building amenities include a gym with an 82-foot lap pool, a children’s pool and a spa with treatment rooms.
