Good News In America: $27,000 Find; Dog Sleepover; 'Jerk' Cat

ACROSS AMERICA — What would you do if you found $27,000 sitting near an ATM at your local bank or credit union? Would you pocket it and get out of there as fast as possible? Or would you return it to the financial institution?

When faced with such a choice, George Condash, a metro Detroit resident, didn’t think twice and chose the latter, turning it over to a teller at Westland Federal Credit Union.

He was driving when he saw the cash, but thought it was trash. Rather than drive on, he decided he should be a good citizen and pick it up.
