He may very well be the current NXT Champion, but that isn’t stopping Johnny Gargano from continuing to learn and develop himself.

Gargano shared an image of himself from behind the scenes at last nights NXT live event where he was working as a producer for the show, learning the ropes on how to do the job.

Gargano stated that complacency is the number one killer of success in this job, with so many different sides you can always learn something new, clearly wanting to develop himself outside of just being a wrestler.
