While Kim Kardashian was once known for her super-exposed, skintight ensembles, it seems the reality star has turned over a new sartorial leaf. Well, for now, at least. Kim of yesteryear was all about latex, “sheer nipple vibes,” and nude selfies, and while she still hasn’t totally given up that look, after her harrowing experience in Paris, the mother of two has undergone a bit of a personal transformation, ditching her arsenal of form-fitting, body-baring looks and multi-million dollar collection of diamonds. In its place, she’s opted for baggier silhouettes, suddenly favoring giant sweats and puffer coats over leather leggings and mini dresses, and an overall moderately more modest wardrobe. An aesthetic which she perfectly put on display in an oversize blazer and lace pants.

Following up on her very demure white Vivienne Westwood gown at the Met Gala, Kim doubled-down on her new chaste aesthetic, joining her friend Jonathan Cheban for a casual dinner in Hollywood on Wednesday in a relatively covered-up outfit. The Kimoji CEO appears to have borrowed a blazer from her husband Kanye‘s closet, swaddling herself in the sized up black wool blazer, wearing only a simple black bra underneath, and balancing out her boxy, androgynous jacket with a pair of super sexy, see-through black lace pants.

She also kept her accessories just as minimal as her attire, staying true to her commitment to no longer wear over-the-top real fine jewelry, and pairing her look with only a pair of strappy black sandals and a mini crocodile Hermes bag. While some would argue that there’s nothing particularly reserved about sheer lace pants, considering just a few months ago she would have worn this look without the overcoat and just a bra this remains a decisive move towards a more conservative mode of dress. In fact, at this rate, pretty soon she might start regularly sporting a muumuu. Sure, it will probably be a completely transparent muumuu, but a muumuu nonetheless.
