Actress and director Lena Dunham made her career with HBO’s “Girls,” about young women launching their lives in Brooklyn.
Like the show’s characters, Dunham has since moved on by returning to Manhattan, where she grew up.
Now she is in contract to sell her Gretsch condo, at 60 Broadway in Williamsburg, for less than she paid for it.
The home was last asking $2.65 million — down from its original $3 million asking price. (She bought it last year for $2.9 million.)
The three-bedroom pad is 1,987 square feet.
There are 13-foot beamed ceilings, lots of windows, built-ins, hardwood floors — and killer views of the Manhattan skyline. Building amenities include a doorman, a live-in manager, a library lounge and bike storage.
