According to PWInsider.com, David Sahadi, who has worked for Impact Wrestling in a backstage capacity for over 10 years, has been released by the company.

Sahadi’s release came on the heels of Rafael Morfi, who was Impact Wrestling’s Live Event Manager, announcing his departure from Impact.

Sahadi joined Impact Wrestling back in 2006, and before that worked as WWE’s Director of On-Air Promotion.

Sahadi was responsible for producing many of the video packages that ran during Impact programming, and his release was another cost-cutting measure by Anthem Sports and Entertainment.
