A 33-year-old man was arrested on Monday with two grenades and a detonator outside an army camp in Poonch district of Jammu and Kashmir where an army recruitment rally was in progress, a senior police official said.

Rajinder Singh, a resident of Kalakote area also had come for recruitment and was arrested after the search outside the army town gate in Surankote, Ramesh Kumar Angral, the Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) told reporters.
