Marouane Fellaini’s advisor is lawyer Raul Costa, who is notably very close to PSG Sporting Director Antero Henrique, according to RMC.

Costa has even worked with PSG before, on the Neymar deal. Initial contact between Fellaini and Les Parisiens began in December, but the Belgian’s demands, which include €5m gross wages and a huge signing-on bonus, is putting off a potential deal.

Thomas Tuchel has not giving the all-clear for the Belgian’s arrival and thus no formal proposition for the player has been made.

At the moment, Fellaini has received two concrete offers. One from a Turkish club at Besiktas, who are offering him €5m a year. The other comes from a Chinese outfit, whose name is not yet know, who are offering him €20m a year.
