Ligue 1 side Marseille have submitted an initial offer worth €5m for AS Monaco striker Valère Germain, according to RMC.

An agreement has already been reached between OM and the player, whose current contract runs until 2018.

This initial bid is unlikely to satisfy AS Monaco at this current hour though.
