Multiple sources including Loïc Tanzi of RMC Sport and Sébastien Denis of Foot Mercato report this morning that Monaco have wrapped up a deal to sign forward Myron Boadu from AZ Alkmaar.
The Dutch international will join the club on a €17m deal excluding bonuses, to be paid out in separate instalments. Boadu had favoured the Monégasques despite heavy pressure from Nice, who have thus far been the primary destination for Eredivisie players to Ligue 1 this summer.
All parties involved have come to a complete agreement over the transfer, with an official announcement now expected imminently. Boadu scored 15 goals last season for AZ, helping his team finish third in the league.
