Nantes have re-activated talks for a target from earlier on in this window, 31-year-old attacking midfielder Ruben Ribeiro, according to L’Équipe.

The player attempted to terminate his Sporting Portugal contract in June, but in order to avoid legal action Nantes could agree a fee with the Portuguese giant.
