Newly-promoted to Ligue 1 side ESTAC Troyes on Monday announced the signing of midfielder Rominigue Kouamé from Lille.

The deal for the 24-year-old was a formality owing to an obligation to buy clause included in his previous loan agreement in the event that ESTAC won promotion to Ligue 1 in 2020/21.

The deal is understood to have been worth around €3m including bonuses and has simultaneously seen the midfielder sign a 3-year contract with the L’Aube side.
