Racing Point will roll out its 2020 contender at Silverstone next week, the pink outfit taking advantage of a filming day next Wednesday to test its new-spec RP20.
F1’s regulations allow teams to run their current cars during two filming days in the year, with each session limited to 100 kilometers and demo tyres supplied by Pirelli.
Racing Point – whose RP20 made quite an impression in pre-season testing earlier – will entrust Lance Stroll with next week’s test at Silverstone.

“We’re definitely looking forward to seeing how competitive it is,” Racing Point team boss Otmar Szafnauer told Motorsport.com.
“I think the first few circuits should be OK for us, even Hungary, and Silverstone should be OK too. Then we’re back to Barcelona, and over the winter we looked pretty decent there.
