Randy Orton lost his cool a bit while dealing with fans on social media who criticized his backstage promo on Bray Wyatt during Tuesday night’s WWE Backlash “go-home” edition of SmackDown Live.
“The Viper” responded to one tweet a fan sent him that read, “Where’s the punchline, Randy Orton?” Orton fired back just over ten minutes after receiving the tweet with a tweet of his own that read, “It wasn’t a joke, assh*le.”
Another fan jumped on Orton’s response, tweeting the WWE veteran a message that read, “Randy Orton, [I’m] waiting for the [WWE] social media team to ask you to take this one down.” Orton didn’t lose his cool as much with the second fans comment, although he still felt compelled enough to respond again.
“Social media team, lol,” said a sarcastic Randy Orton, who meets Bray Wyatt in one-on-one action in the only officially announced non-title match scheduled for the first-ever blue brand exclusive pay-per-view, WWE Backlash, this Sunday night in Richmond, Virginia.
