In a rather bizarre order the District Magistrate of Sitapur in Uttar Pradesh has asked government officials to send their pictures with toilets.

The disgusting demand apparently is the DM Sheetal Verma’s way of encouraging people to use toilets. According to the DM’s dikta those government officials failing to produce their photos in front of toilets will have their salary for the month of May stalled.
