Staten Island resident Andrea Rosenblum has a crappy situation on her hands.
Someone, who she has never seen before, keeps relieving themselves outside of her Eltingville home — and there’s apparently little police can do about it.
The serial pooper has been caught on camera at least twice this month, with Rosenblum and her husband unsuspectingly picking up his waste each time — assuming that it was from a dog.
It wasn’t until they ran back their security footage, from a camera outside, that they discovered what was really going on.
“I couldn’t believe what I was seeing,” Rosenblum, 48, told the Staten Island Advance.
A man, wearing the same outfit and carrying two bags, can be seen in two separate videos — one from July 13 and the other July 17 — unzipping his pants and squatting down. He relieves himself on both occasions and then scurries off into the night.
“It was disturbing and actually a little creepy because it happened while my family and I were sleeping,” Rosenblum said. “This was going on right outside the house.”
The family tried going to police, but cops reportedly told them there was very little they could do.
“[I am concerned about kids] stepping in it because it is human feces and I don’t know who this person is,” Rosenblum told the Advance.
