The 2017 Montane Spine Race (268-mile race) Men’s Winner is the UK’s Tom Hollins
In an incredible and dramatic achievement, Tom overtook Pavel Paloncy and Eugeni Rosello Sole, long-distance leaders of the race, as they slept at the Bellingham check point during the evening of Wednesday 18th January.
He was able to gradually extend his lead on Paloncy and Rosello Sole, crossing the finish line at Kirk Yetholm today at 12:01pm. His race time (unconfirmed) is registering as 99 hours, 25 mins, 36 secs.
