THQ Attributes Revenue Increase To WWE, This Week's ECW Rating, More

– Video game company THQ announced in a press release late yesterday that their expected quarterly revenue for the fourth quarter of 2007 has went from $490 million to $509 million. THQ is attributing the revenue increase on “better-than-expected” sales of WWE’s SmackDown vs. RAW 2008 video game.

– WWE’s upcoming SmackDown/ECW house show in Oshkosh, Wisconsin on March 8th will be the first time that WWE has ran a show in the city in fourteen years.

– Dave Scherer of the Professional Wrestling Insider is reporting that this past Tuesday’s edition of ECW on Sci-Fi did a 1.3 cable rating.
