As was seen tonight on 205 Live on the WWE Network, two more matches took place for the WWE Cruiserweight Championship Tournament. We saw a lucha match take place when Kalisto took on Lince Dorado and the debuting Roderick Strong took on Hideo Itami.

In their matches, Kalisto defeated Lince Dorado, and Roderick Strong defeated Hideo Itami to move onto the second round of the tournament. Each match was fantastic and are showing that 205 Live is really turning it up with this tournament, and hopefully is a sign of things to come.

It was also announced that next week’s WWE 205 Live will feature two more first round matches when Akira Tozawa faces Mark Andrews and Tony Nese faces Drew Gulak.
