WWE TV executive producer Kevin Dunn cashed out more than $1.0 million worth of WWE stock on Friday (August 12), as reported Monday (Aug. 15) by WWE.
WWE’s SEC filing noted that Dunn sold 56,000 shares of WWE stock. There were several transactions between the range of $20.46 and $20.78 per share.
The weighted average sales price was $20.55 per share, translating to gross proceeds of $1.15 million.
Dunn now owns 387,173 shares of WWE stock, retaining his position as #2 non-McMahon Family executive shareholder.
Dunn is behind financial executive George Barrios with 530,647 shares and still ahead of marketing executive Michelle Wilson with 371,159 shares.
