The billion-dollar pro wrestling empire has reportedly signed with Endeavor Audio, the company that provides the technology behind the recently updated WWE Network, as well as the producers of The Bellas Podcast, and Academy Award-winner Rami Malek’s apocalyptic podcast series Blackout.

While details are scarce at this time, the worlds of wrestling and broadcasting have successful overlapped for quite some time now. Some of the most popular names in the biz to successfully make the jump include “Stone Cold” Steve Austin, Chris Jericho, Edge & Christian, and many others.

The industry also owes a great deal of gratitude to the trailblazer of the wrestling podcast, Colt Cabana, and more recently we’ve seen the rise of podcast emperor Conrad Thompson, who has turned his series of insanely popular shows into the Starrcast convention.
