Last night Bella Hadid accepted her award for Model of the Year at the L.A. Fashion Awards in what has become her signature red-carpet makeup look: sleek, understated, and minimal. Since we can't all be born with Hadid's genes, we asked Vincent Oquendo, the mind behind Hadid's dewy skin, to share the secrets to her look—including an awesome hack for blush that we are going to try immediately.

"Our makeup inspiration was the glow you get after you have a little sun on a summer day, think Sicilian summer," says Oquendo. And his makeup process on the 19-year-old model sounds like it could literally take about 15 minutes, tops. First, he lightly veiled Hadid's face with EX1 Invisiwear Liquid Foundation using a fluffy blush. He then buffed a little EX1 Blusher in Pretty in Peach on the apples of her cheeks. Here's where Oquendo went wild, in a really cool way. He used some blush on Hadid's eyelids as a subtle eye shadow. "Adding the same color blush from the cheeks to eyes warms up an overall look," says Oquendo. "I really love adding blush to the lids. It really makes eyes pop and creates a fresh summer glow." He finished Hadid's eyes by working the bronzer from the Charlotte Tilbury Filmstar Bronze & Glow palette along the crease of her lids and coating her lashes with black mascara. Oquendo also used Smashbox O-Plump Intuitive Lip Plumper to add some oomph to Hadid's lips and then topped that off with Charlotte Tilbury Lipliner in Pillowtalk.

And if you think that Bella was the only Hadid slaying at the L.A. Fashion Awards, think again. Her older sister, Gigi, killed it on the red carpet, too. The best part about her look? Her drugstore nude lipstick. Gigi's makeup artist Patrick Ta shared on Instagram that he used the $7 Maybelline New York Color Sensational Lip Liner in Toast on her (Gigi is a spokeswoman for Maybelline New York).
