Ligue 1 side Nîmes have confirmed their decision to call off Saturday’s friendly clash with Dijon after suspecting that one of their own players is COVID-19 positive.

The French 1st division begins in a week’s time, with Les Crocos due to play Brest on Sunday 23rd.

This was supposed to be Nîmes’ last friendly match before the new season.
