— As per a report at pwinsider.com, WWE originally had scheduled the Bray Wyatt vs. Randy Orton “House of Horrors” match for WWE Backlash in May. However, the match was changed to this month’s Raw brand Payback after Wyatt was a last minute choice to move over to Raw, likely replacing AJ Styles.

— We’ve also heard that another reason WWE pushed this match to Payback is because Brock Lesnar is not scheduled to defend his Universal Title and without it, neither of the two major championships would have been on the line which internally WWE felt would devalue the event.
